Bluffs & Greens Infrastructure Authority was established pursuant to an establishing contract by and between Altamira Metropolitan District No. 5 and Lupton Village Commercial Metropolitan District and is governed pursuant to the provisions of § 29-1-203.5, C.R.S. The Authority was created to provide certain improvements and facilities, including streets, street lighting, traffic and safety controls, water improvements, sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and park and recreation improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of November at 10:00 AM MT. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Bluffs & Greens Infrastructure Authority meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be: 1295 Main Street, Unit #5, Windsor, CO 80550.

Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this webpage no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
