Cottonwood Conner Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by the City Council of the City of Fort Lupton, Colorado.
The District was organized to provide financing, construction, installation, acquisition, and operation of certain public improvements and facilities including, among other things, streets, street lighting, traffic and safety controls, water improvements, sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and park and recreation improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday in October at 4:00 PM MT. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Cottonwood Connor Metropolitan District meetings may be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means.
