Regular meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of October at 4:00 PM MT. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Cottonwood Thermo Metropolitan District meetings may be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means.

Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this website no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
