Lupton Village Commercial Metropolitan District

Lupton Village Commercial Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Amended and Restated Service Plan was approved by the Fort Lupton City Council.

The District was organized to provide financing, construction, installation, acquisition, and operation of certain public improvements and facilities including, among other things, streets, street lighting, traffic and safety controls, water improvements, sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and park and recreation improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings are held the 1st Thursday of November at 4:30 PM MT. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Lupton Village Commercial Metropolitan District meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be: Fort Lupton Recreation Center, 203 South Harrison Ave., Fort Lupton, CO 80621.

Meeting Notice

Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this webpage no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 5, 2026. Please check back 24 hours ahead of the meeting for information regarding meeting attendance or cancellation.
