Mountain View Estates Metropolitan District Nos. 1-2 is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by the Brighton City Council.
The District was organized to provide financing, construction, installation, acquisition, and operation of certain public improvements and facilities including, among other things, streets, street lighting, traffic and safety controls, water improvements, sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and parks and recreation improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings at a time to be determined by the Board. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Mountain View Estates Metropolitan District Nos. 1-2 meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be determined by the Board.

Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this webpage no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
