Platte River Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners.
The District was established to finance the planning, design, acquisition, construction, installation, relocation, redevelopment, maintenance, and financing of public improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings are held at 11:30 AM Mountain Time on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Platte River Metropolitan District meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be: 7995 E. Prentice Avenue, Suite 101E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
