Real Weld Metropolitan District

Real Weld Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners. 

The purpose of the District is to plan for, design, acquire, construct, install, relocate, redevelop and finance the Public Improvements and to provide operation and maintenance of the Public Improvements and of other recreation facilities under agreements with other entities and local governments.

Regular Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of May and October at 6:00 PM MT. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Real Weld Metropolitan District  meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be: 8200 S. Akron St., Ste. 122, Centennial, CO 80112. 

Meeting Notice

Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this webpage no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026. Please check back 24 hours ahead of the meeting for information regarding meeting attendance or cancellation.
