Silver Peaks Metropolitan District No. 5

Silver Peaks Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by Board of Trustees of the Town of Lochbuie. 

The District was organized to provide financing for the construction and installation of regional public improvements, including, among other things, street, traffic safety, water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, park and recreation, transportation, and mosquito improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings are held at 11:30 AM Mountain Time on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Silver Peaks Metropolitan District No. 5 meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be: 7995 E. Prentice Avenue, Suite 101E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. 

Meeting Notice

Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this webpage no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
