South Beebe Draw Metropolitan District (the "District") assesses an annual storm drainage maintenance fee on all residential and commercial properties within its service area. The fee offsets the costs associated with the storm drainage regional infrastructure and maintenance within these developments.
The District maintains the regional storm drainage system which includes, but is not limited to, the underground infrastructure and detention ponds. The storm drainage maintenance fees collected by the District are separate and unrelated to any fees that the City or Brighton or Town of Lochbuie charge for sanitary sewer services or infrastructure.

You may pay your bill by mailing a check or money order, or by paying on-line with a credit card. (Unfortunately, payment by ACH transfer is not available at this time.)

DELIQUENT PAYMENTS
Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days after the billing date are assessed a late fee of $5.00/month plus 1.0% interest on the unpaid balance.
RESIDENTIAL STORM DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE FEE
The annual storm drainage fee for 2023 is $69.52 for all residential properties within its service area. The fee covers the full 2023 year of service (January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023).
The bill will be sent out in March. Payment is due within 30 days. Past due accounts are assessed a $5.00 late fee and will accrue interest of 1.0% interest per month on the unpaid balance.
COMMERCIAL STORM DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE FEES
The annual storm drainage maintenance fees on all commercial property is calculated based on the impervious surface area for individual businesses. The bill will be sent out in March. Payment is due within 30 days. Past due accounts are assessed a $5.00 late fee and will accrue interest of 1.0% interest per month on the unpaid balance.
