Twin Mesa Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners.
The District was organized to provide financing, construction, installation, acquisition, and operation of certain public improvements and facilities including, among other things, streets, street lighting, and traffic and safety controls.

Regular Meeting Schedule
The next regular meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 6:30PM unless otherwise cancelled. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Twin Metropolitan District meetings may be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location, such physical location will be determined by the Board.
