Weld Adams Water Development Authority was created pursuant to an establishing contract by and between South Beebe Draw Metropolitan District, United Water & Sanitation District and Platte River Metropolitan District and is governed pursuant to the provisions of § 29-1-204.2, C.R.S. The Authority was created to as a water resource development authority.

Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings are held at 11:30 AM Mountain Time on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Weld Adams Water Development Authority meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be: 7995 E. Prentice Avenue, Suite 101E, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
