Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Cottonwood Townhomes Metropolitan District meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means.
Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this website no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
Please check back 24 hours ahead of any meeting for information regarding attendance or cancellation of the meeting.
