Cottonwood Townhomes Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's Service Plan was approved by the Fort Lupton City Council.
The District was organized to provide financing, construction, installation, acquisition, and operation of certain public improvements and facilities, including, among other things, streets, street lighting, traffic and safety controls, water improvements, sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and park and recreation improvements.

Regular Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of October at 2:00 PM MT. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, Cottonwood Townhomes Metropolitan District meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means.
