Regular meetings at a time to be determined by the Board. Pursuant to § 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended, South Vale Water District meetings may also be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means. If the Board requests that a regular or special meeting have a physical location in addition to a virtual location, that physical location shall be determined by the Board.
Notice or notice of cancellation of board meetings will be posted on this website no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of South Vale Water District (the “District”), Boulder County, Colorado, will hold a special meeting at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, for the purpose of conducting such business as may come before the Board. At this meeting it is anticipated that the Board will consider taking action to impose and fix certain fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water services. Pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), at least thirty days prior to the meeting, this notice as to such fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges has been mailed to each customer on the District’s billing rolls who receive domestic water services.
This meeting is open to the public and, pursuant to § 32-1-903, CRS, as amended, will be conducted electronically, telephonically or by other virtual means.
